Button Fairy Swap

Time for something new! This swap will be a direct mailing to your partners. You will make two button fairies for this swap, each mailed to a different partner. This is an international swap so be aware you might end up mailing overseas. Please go to Flickr and view all the pictures there for inspiration. Click here for a basic tutorial from Crafty Mule. There's probably lots more out there if you Google it.

No set rules for this - you can use paper for the torso, fabric, clay, whatever. Have fun!

There is one caveat to this swap. Pictures of your finished fairy MUST be sent to Doll Street before partners are assigned. The finished fairy picture will be your 'sign up' for this swap. Please include your mailing address.

Bra Doll Challenge

Photos due to Barb by: June 15th 2009

Requirements:
Purchase Bra Doll pattern from Barb Keeling.
Make a doll any size out of any of the 5 patterns. Include a BRA anywhere as part of the doll.
You may alter the pattern for your needs.
Any type of embellishments or supplies can be used
Doll can be made in cloth, clay or whatever you want.
Basically no “rules” except to have a great time. Jump out of the box and have a blast.
Be as silly, weird, lovely, elegant or serious as you like.
When sending the photos to Barb include your name, where you are from, and your Email address. Photos MUST be high resolution to be sent to the magazine. Also send a copy to Judi at Doll Street. Please take photos against a white background for uniformity.
